I workout regularly and I need a right meal prep for my fitness program and so happy was able to achieve this from My Fitness Kitchn. No more hassles! Would definitely recommend it. Also, the delivery time is just perfect for the weekly meals!

The food is FRESH and stays FRESH for the whole week. Portion size is decent and the selection of food is amazing. Great work to the whole team!!! Cant wait to order from them again!

The food we received was the best! Delicious, tasty, and the chicken and beef was moist and tender.
Delivery was on time, and packed perfectly.
Good portion sizes, nice flavour and halal as well which is what we needed.
I ordered 15 meals so far. And all of them were great. Except the butter chicken. It wasn't very creamy and the chicken was not like you get in the shops. But the rest so far have been superior over the other brands we've tried.
